which really surprised me. I only needed one individual square
of the
kennel floor which I used for a covered area outside to keep my
dog off
the ground when it gets wet (she often prefers to be in a more
open area
than in her dog house-- unless it's just pouring and the wind's
too gusty.
It's very light weight and seems to be comfortable. It's giving
me a lot
of ideas of how useful these floors can be for large areas and
I'll

Body: We bought two outdoor cat enclosures. One is quite large
and we are going to order another one to have an even larger area.
They are durable and of very high quality, much better than a
chain link fence which will rust over time. Also, they are made
with interchangable panels which allow for multiple configurations
- a very important, valuable feature. The edges are all nice and
round and smooth and there is not any danger of injury to human
or animal. I would say that the method of closing the enclosure
gate needs improvement, and we use a tie to close it because the
entire enclosure is on the grass and therefore the gate is not
perfectly level with the enclosure. The metal bar that is supposed
to close the gate doesn't easily or reliably hook into the slot.
Don't get me wrong: This is a wonderful, even outstanding product
and we have a large number of cats and it provides true safety.
I think it is the best product out there for this purpose. One
time I dealt with an employee or owner on the phone and they were
so nice and decent. We got free shipping for the separate shelves
we ordered, a nice perk. The shelves could be wider and maybe
with sides (180 degrees) so the cats could lie on the shelves
more securely and would not roll off. I will have to let the company
know what I think. I feel that this is a top quality product.
Would recommend highly to anyone, despite it being expensive.
OTH, you get what you pay for!

Body: This is the second order I have placed for the "bronze
plus" kennel panels Great small kennel panels that I use
indoors. I love that it is a short light weight panel, but has
door extenders that you can walk into the kennel rather than stoop
or crawl as with most 3-4 ft high kennels.The ONLY improvement
in the product that I could use is maybe 1/2 inch "feet"
on the bottom of the frames to raise it off the floor so it would
be easier to clean under the frames. It is a well built item,
really nice people, able to reach them by phone and they are quick
to respond. However, their shipping department needs improvement.
They forget to send all the parts with the original order, and
when called, they keep sending the wrong stuff (Hence the poor
rating on delivery). It took 3 tries the first order to get it
right and this order we're up to 3 and still haven't gotten it
right. On the plus side, they keep trying. If you aren't in a
hurry to get your stuff put together, it would be worth it. I
will probably order more in the future as it fits my needs and
they have proven that they don't disappear when things aren't
right, a big plus in my book.

Body: I live in an area where it is not safe to let my cats wander
freely. Options Plus is the only website I have seen that offers
an affordable solution; I can now attach their kennel to my basement
window and allow the cats to go in and out at will, without constantly
worrying, or being harrassed by incessant pleading meows. I am
thrilled to say that everything arrived within a week, and I am
very happy with the quality of the materials as well. It is lightweight
but very sturdy. I was slightly daunted by the set-up instructions
(and I am handy) but it turned out to be fairly easy after all.
You just need a medium sized wrench and a good med-large set of
pliers. I set it up myself. I cannot say enough how grateful and
relieved I am to have finally found an option that really works
for us!

the holiday season. Customer Service was great in providing information
and assisting with initial purchase. Shorted 5 panels on initial
delivery. Customer Service sent them out immediately. Instructions
were very hard to read because of being reprinted frequently and
the lightness of the ink. Otherwise, the instructions were very
good. I did not like the hinges for the doors. They look easy
to break. I was unable to purchase a weatherproof padlock for
the door due to fact that the pin area is too small for a lock
to fit through. A standard lock could fit but would rust. Would
recommend that the company invest in and sell weatherproof locks
that can be used to secure the doors.

product. The product far exceeded expectation and is well worth

I own a tent company, and I have never seen a set of useless parts
with very little instructions. The canopy itself was not very

different configurations and added to later if we choose to order
more panels. We also added U shaped pins to keep the base secured
to the ground for our sneaky cats ;-). The trouble came with the
directions, which are written for the smaller unit that we did
not purchase. It was up to us to try to figure out how to adapt
them, how many panels were suppose to be for the enclosure walls
and how many we needed to leave for a roof, etc. The enclosed
directions do not address how to put on the locking door part
of the system at all, nor how to make or connect the roof. We
had to wait until after the weekend to speak to someone at the
company to clarify our missing instructions, which is how we discovered
that directions do not even exist for this $500 unit. Emails to
this company are responded to very quickly and thoroughly, however.

series kennel was behind 10 days. It wasnt a big deal, but it
wouldve been nice to have known. I did receive a confirmation

service reps were always very kind and courteous. It was a pleasure
to talk to them.

with Options Plus Modular Dog Kennels. The only issue I was not
totally satisfied with was when the 8 kennel 3X 4panels came in,
two of them seemed like they had been returned to the company
and reissued to me. They were scuffed up and a few of the metal
cross peices had broken welds at the connection to the metal circumfrence
tubing. Minor in a sense and doesnt impact the function, but one
would expect to get new merchandise and not returned property.

phone call and connected with a very helpful person. Im sorry

helpful and had exact knowledge of his companys products. He answered
all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with ordering
from Option Plus. I returned to the website, found what I needed,
placed and order and waited for my merchandise. I picked up my
kennel panels from Watkins Motor Freight last night, after 6:30

Body: We have a large puppy who now weighs 100 pounds (and is
still growing), but he loves to be indoors. He still has puppy
tendancies, so needs to be contained during the day when we are
gone. We couldnt find an indoor kennel anywhere that was big enough.
He couldnt even stand up straight in the largest one out there!
We are so grateful that you provided us with an option to keep
him inside, but give him room to stretch out when he sleeps. My
only thought that you could use some improvement on is the latch
for the kennel door. It doesnt really work very well. We ended
up taking it off and creating our own makeshift one. Otherwise,
we are very pleased with the product, delivery options, and convience
offered by Options Plus Modular Dog Kennels.
