chooses!
The winners name
will be posted here at the bottom of this page and will have
90 days to claim their products.
The next drawing
will take place on Sept. 15th, 2010. Be sure to signup and pass

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Valid for US Residents only. Hawaii & Alaska Residents
are included.
2. Winner will be announced on or around Sept. 15, 2010 via E-mail.
We must have a valid e-mail account to notify the winner.
3. Certificate may be used for any purchases through Options
Plus, Inc.
4. Only one entry per household will be permitted. Duplicate
entries will be discarded.
5. All information is kept confidential and will only be used
for purposes of Options Plus, Inc. Your e-mail address WILL NOT
be sold to rented to other companies for any purpose.
6. All drawing winners MUST claim their merchandise within 90
days of the end of the drawing.
